The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of Psychological Capital in Organizational Improvisation in the industrial sector, having Perceived Organizational Support as the moderating effect. The sample is composed of 72 employees of an industrial sector company. It is a cross-sectional quantitative study with questionnaire survey and it was applied to two distinct groups of the same company. The results showed that Psychological Capital is positively related to Organizational Improvisation. On the other hand, there were higher values of Organizational Improvisation when the values of Perceived Organizational Support are low and the values of Psychological Capital are high. The limitations of the study are related to its cross-sectional nature. With regard to practical implications for organizations, we must highlight the need to reinforce Psychological Capital and Perceived Organizational Support as an organizational strategy that may lead to an increase in improvisation both of the workers and the organization, bringing organizational improvements to the company.
