Abstract

The dissertation presented here investigates the trajectory of Justice and Human Rights of Inclusive Education in a private higher education HEI, with the main objective of examining the real dimension of Justice and Human Rights effectively appied in the practice of inclusive education in Brazil, in particular, from the perspective of teachers with practical experience in this area. For the development of this scientific work, interviews were conducted wish professors who have already taught or teach in inclusive classrooms, as well as, information was compiled abstracted fron scientific articles and books related to the themes: inclusive education, justice, human rights and educational public policies, always bringing to light the Brazilian legislative evolution related to universal education.
