Abstract

Throughout this work we will demonstrate the normative evolution of parental leave in national and European order. We will study the parental leave and all of its modalities and effects using as an example practical cases of legal entities that helped us to base our opinion and demonstrate opposite ideas of ours. Comparing it with other countries. Therefore presenting the main flaws in the leave we end our paper suggesting some modifications, which we think are relevant to make sure that leave is use, and accomplishment its purpose of taking care of the minor.
