Organizations have as one of the main objectives to achieve the best possible performances through a varied combination of factors. This work aims to analyse the relationship between motivation and education in the productivity of the company ERT Têxtil Portugal, S.A. The fact that it is a case study on a specific company, brings us added value, because in addition to being the first, surveys were used and an interview with the CEO of the company was used, thus highlighting the originality of this study. Thus, evidence was found that motivation has a positive and significant relationship with workers' productivity. This motivation is positively impacted by several factors, such as the organizational climate, the direct performance of the manager and the type of tasks performed. The same cannot be said with regard to education, as this relationship is not so strong. However, the level of education is considered by the company, both in its recruitment policies and in the importance of carrying out training actions, so this relationship between education and productivity, despite not being strong and so clear as in motivation, it is positive.
