It also considers the special legal regime for the participation of minors in activities of a cultural, artistic or advertising nature, including the requirements for authorization and communication to the CPCJ, and comparative legislation on the subject. Finally, it discusses the principle of the best interests of the child and the need to improve Portuguese legislation to better protect minors.
