A promoção da saúde da criança e família enquanto intervenção do enfermeiro especialista

Abstract

The Health Promotion is a concept that has come to assume great importance in the current era. It’s main goal is to empower individuals to control their health, as well asensure the improvement of public health and communities. The applicability of the Health Promotion Model proposed by Nola J. Pender, has been are currently used theory, with the aim of guaranteeing to the Nurse who’s carries out their interventions, a sustained basis in rigor and scientific evidence. In view of the realization of a reflection on the theoretical concept of Health Promotion,based on the theoretical framework of Nola J. Pender, a Scoping review is presented entitled: “The Children and Family Health Promotion care as an intervention as a Specialist Nurse”, where the importance of assuming the Model proposed by Nola J.Pender is corroborated in order to guarantee an excellent clinical practice in Nursing. The main objective of this Master’s report is to analyze and reflect on the acquisition of skills inherent to the Specialist Nurse, the Specialist Nurse in Child Health and Pediatric and Master degree. In order to achieve the objective, several activities were carried out throughout the different contexts of internships, namely the realization of a Critical Reflection on the importance of the Specialist Nurse in Child Health and Pediatric in the Primary Health Care Unit, carrying out a physical activity with children with clinical cancer diagnoses, in order to witness the importance and direct benefit of this intervention, as well as holding a Health Education session on the importance of alternating positions in premature babies, such a specific and important topic to be carried out with caregivers.
