Abstract

Given the increasing relevance of sustainable corporate governance, this dissertation aims to demonstrate and analyse the main international regulations related with this subject, in particular the Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence, as well as the consequences arising from this legislative initiative to companies and its directors.
