The present study, of a hypothetical-deductive nature, seeks to empirically test the relationship between satisfaction with communication and engagement in face-to-face work, 100% remote and/or hybrid work, during the pandemic period. In this study, 164 workers participated, 102 working face-to-face and 62 working 100% remote or hybrid. Data collection was carried out from an online disclosure through the Qualtrics platform and social networks, such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram, through a link. The results of this study conclude that communication satisfaction can be seen a driver of engagement. This relationship is statistically significant, as it is stronger in workers who are in on-site work than in workers who are in 100% remote or hybrid work. The study aims to provide an insight into the relationship between satisfaction with organizational communication and engagement, according to the work regime, in order to become a contribution to the scientific community. It is intended to be a strong contribution to future research.
