Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to study fault as one of the necessary preconditions for the application of the institute of medical civil liability, with a special focus on those situations in which the medical act has focused on an intervention of an aesthetic nature and not necessary. From the outset, we believe that the non-necessary nature of these interventions differs in every way from the issue of those interventions that are necessary and without which the patient's condition would not improve, would worsen or even, without which, the patient would jeopardize their right to life.
