Organizations are constantly faced with their most diverse complexities, in an increasingly globalized context and with heightened competition. It is essential for companies to define their strategy to increase their competitive capacity through the support of management methodologies. There has been a growing demand and application of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) by companies. Thus, achieving excellent results, alignment and daily solidity. The method used in this work is exclusively qualitative. Two interviews were conducted with individuals with management responsibilities at Retail Mind and at Caixa de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo Beira Centro. In order to test the applicability of OKRs, in both companies. A Workshop was also held at Retail Mind, where the advantages of OKRs were presented. And where I had the opportunity to present my OKR Proposal to the organization. The conclusions obtained in this study indicate that organizations will increasingly adopt this new methodology. It is a positive ally to achieve the desired goals, through its simplicity and its motivating side.
