: responsabilidade e aplicabilidade do art 72.º, n.º 2 do CSC

Abstract

With this work, the aim is to obtain a broad view of the administration of sports companies, specifically on responsibility. As if it were a timeline, we will dedicate our analysis to contextualizing the generalities of commercial companies, the genesis of sports companies, the matters of administration duties of managers and administrators, as well as their liability regime. Finally, also addressing the specificity of sport in terms of sports societies, we present a practical case prepared by us that aims to apply Artº72, No.2 of the CSC to the sporting context.
