Análise de rácios financeiro

: o caso da OneVetGroup, S.A

Abstract

This document was prepared under the Final Thesis Master (TFM) in Finance held in OneVetGroup, SA, with the theme "ʺAnalysis of Financial Ratios: the OneVetGroup, S.A. case"ʺ. The OneVetGroup is a veterinary group that currently has eighteen veterinary units throughout the country, which is growing and evolving in all its departments. In order to have a correct analysis of the economic and financial situation, I created a study of the ratios, where were studied the levels of profitability, activity and liquidity. Using the key ratios, this study has an analysis of the economic and financial situation and the analysis of the provision of medical-­‐‑veterinary services in Portugal. In order to obtain concrete conclusions were analyzed, among others, how the company operates at the level of cash management and short-­‐‑term financing. The main conclusions were that the group, in terms of the sector, is in good financial shape, having some aspects that could be developed, especially in payment terms. With this work it is hoped to have created a new analysis to the economic and financial situation, creating an value for decision making.
