During the work, there is the approach of various concepts and their interaction. Education for entrepreneurship, volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, financial literacy and project analysis, culminating in an action partnership between entities and non-profit operationalized by human assets, vital to the smooth operation of business entities. This work is dedicated to the presentation of the results obtained with the implementation of Project Economics for Success, designed by JAP and analysis of partnership between the JAP and CGD, in light of the synergies that flow from it. The literature review, case study methodology to assess the implementation of projects and programs proposed by Mendes (Carvalho Mendes, 2006), based on Agency Theory, information based on documents, the application of questionnaires to answer closed, interviews, testimonies and participant observation - direct contact with students allowed to study the issue raised. Initiatives should be disclosed and the results of the same available to the general community, making it inevitable that the commitment of information processing, with the collection and publication of data obtained through the programs. In summary, the project (set of six lessons in which volunteers from partner organizations share content and professional experiences) was successful, progress has been remarkable to baseline. However, in light of the theoretical framework, there are restrictions, these should be observed, studied and resolved, becoming positive indicators for improvement project.
