Girl Move Academy is an organisation that, through the CHANGE Program, aims to trainfemale graduates to be aspiring leaders and positive changemakers, capable of developing anImpact Career in Mozambique. One of the challenges involves better understanding andmeasuring the concept of Impact Careers. One of the reasons for this difficulty is that ImpactCareer is a novel concept with little academic research so it is difficult to measure and monitor. Therefore, this dissertation aims to contribute to Girl Move Academy and other similarorganisations by providing a definition and a model of Impact Career, and apply it to the contextof the CHANGE Program promoted by Girl Move Academy. The model aims to define ImpactCareer, understand what the outcomes are and how they should be measured. In addition, itaims to understand, based on the defined outcomes, which financing options Girl MoveAcademy can use to further support and grow the CHANGE Program.
