We dedicate this study to children deprived of going to school, as they are with severe disabilities. The main objective of this research is to know the educational reality of home support as educational response to children with SEN (Special Educational Needs), through the understanding of the strategies and methodologies of teaching - learning that develops in this format support. We wanted to assess the burden on caregivers, trying to understand to what extent, care for a dependent child of an adult may or may not overcharge for their caregivers. In the first part of our investigation proceeded to the literature review, rethinking theoretical and conceptual issues relating to the study, referring mainly to issues with the home support. In the second part, we all empirical work, using interviews with the following participants: two in charge of education, two teachers in Special Education Support Unit Specialized multiple disabilities to a special education teacher who teaches home support and a subcoordenadora Education special. Applied to the Zarit burden scale charge of the education of students who enjoy home support. The analysis of the collected data to an improved understanding of the subject, taking into account the uniqueness of context. Finally, we present the results and some final considerations taking into account all the theoretical and empirical part of our work by making a link between the different parts of our research.
