Within the supervision action, a reflection on the theoretical frameworks and the contributions that they seem to share my teaching comes necessary. Therefore, I treat this work to reflect on the moments in my teaching career, particularly on those relating to evaluative and/or supervision functions. Having started my professional life as an educator, I continued studies in Religious Studies, in which last year consists of a supervised practice. While Catholic Religious and Moral Education´s teacher, I also played roles as Representative for Discipline Group, Department Coordinator, Member of the General Council and Practice Supervisor (this one is particularly relevant to this work). Established these episodes, I try to do an investigation of theoretical frameworks for supervision, from where I elaborate a critical position, in a perspective of reflection to action. I advocate in this project the model of action research as a privileged strategy of initial training in order to autonomy, with the assumptions of negotiation, communication and collaboration, in teaching practice in general, and supervised training in particular. With regard to professional development through life, I argue that stimulation of the reflective character must accompany the professional practice in order to personal reconstruction for social transformation.
