Arte, direito e conservação

: um diálogo interdisciplinar

Abstract

National, community and international rights establish sources and define criteria or guidelines for the protection and conservation of artistics objects, in the public sphere, when dealing with Cultural Heritage Law; and, in the private domain, through the Author’s Copyrights. Today's different artistic modalities encourage new approaches into intervention in conservation and restoration that can directly affect the right to integrity and authenticity of a work. This research proposes to systematize themes involving Art and Law, generally treated without enriching interdisciplinarity.
