As incapacidades do trabalhador vítima de acidente de trabalho

Abstract

Work accidents can have a great impact on workers' lives. Depending on the severity of the accident, the worker may suffer physical injuries that limit and sometimes even prevent their ability to perform the same tasks they did before the accident. The consequences of the work accident and the compensation for the damages caused by it will depend on several factors, always considering the disability that the worker now suffers and their new reality. The issue of disabilities raises numerous theoretical and practical questions of great relevance, and this will be my contribution to try to find its answers.
