Abstract

The present Master Thesis is dedicated to the study of cross-shareholdings, a model of corporate coalition regulated in Title VI of the Portuguese Commercial Companies Code. We will begin by analysing reciprocal shareholdings from a general point of view, after which we will go into the two main categories of this figure, emphasising certain issues that have tended to generate various interpretations in the doctrine.
