Male behavior has changed over the last few decades. Men are showing a growing interest in embracing their paternal side and are therefore also looking for organizations with policies that allow them to satisfy this desire. The aim of this study is therefore to understand the extent to which family policies in Human Resources Management respond to changes in male behavior. The large number of studies on the subject revealed the need to use qualitative meta-analysis to identify, interpret and analyze research carried out between 2017 and 2023. In this way, the qualitative meta-analysis made it possible to collect a sample of 30 articles, chosen according to the protocol and whose content was explored using the content analysis method. The results obtained suggest that male behavior is in fact moving away from the patriarchal vision. Without fear of being associated with the new masculinities, men are trying to show their most vulnerable and sensitive side. In this sense, they want organizations to value their interest in parenthood and are therefore looking for policies that allow them to reconcile work and family. The literature concludes that these policies include encouraging the use of parental leave, the possibility of flexible working hours or location, and financial aid for the purchase of children's goods or services. Finally, the literature also highlights the importance of organizational culture and the key role played by managers in implementing family policies.
