Abstract

The present report intends to be an act of reflexion about a professional journey of a teacher who sharing her life, questions and reflects tem. The reflexion comes structured around two dimensions (shafts), by one side the one of a teacher: the look upon herself and on the other side the other functions performed at school: the co-ordinator and the tutoress. The first part of the report is an exercise of personal and professional self-analysis, the rebirth of memories, experiences and life. A voyage through the integrated probationary period and a constant look for an improvement. On the second part of the report we looked for an interpretation of this lives through the contribution of Education Sciences. Prospecting the challenges of nowadays school and of the teachers in continuous learning the schools to promote Education For Everybody implies to became them capable of offering a quality teaching for all students paying attention to the peculiarities of each one implying a flexible school, a school which learns, which looks for an improvement, but also of flexible teacher an involved with the institution. But because the orientation and the educational support of the students are, today, a need that has been recognized by school, witch for giving answers to the challenges and actual demands, we look for framing the tutorials, as promoting measures of scholar success and the prevention of risk behaviours. The tutorial function closes lines and characteristics that point out to the diversity to the full development of the student. And, in this sense, draws and builds way to a better learning. We still reflect about (our) project ―Tutorials – grow with sense‖. A project developed at school and, from it, we analyse to understand better, the theorician mould, the research, the legislative board an the dynamic on action/learning. The logic is the one of the autonomous work and clearly the authentic learning (Azevedo, 2011:133). We conclude that the practices of tutorials are going to be build slowly having on consideration the oneness of each school and the personality of each of our students.
