The objective of this present study is to evaluate in a recreational context, the efficiency of an intervention programme in crisis and contribute to the description and symptoms of the crisis caused, by modified states of the conscience. The objectives arose from the fact that in recreational contexts, the intervention continues to not be the result of consistent evaluation. The second emerged from the fact that the literature wasn’t unanimous in defining the nature of the symptoms and the future consequences of the modified state, but permits a description of the KC participant symptoms to a more stipulated knowledge of the target group, helping the intervention to adjust. To conclude, the present study contributes to the consolidation of the Kosmicare as a programme aiming to promote health and the prevention of illness in participants from the recreational context. The main result of the study concludes that the intervention actually had the desired effects on the target group, helping the crisis to be resolved. The differences noticed in the comparison of the symptoms in the pre-test with the ones of the post-test were statistically significant. (p> .05). This responds to the main objective of the study and contributes to fill in the gap, as the recreational programmes in context don’t have a process of systematic and consistent evaluation. (Akbar, Baldacchino, Cecil, Riglietta, & Sommer, 2011). In this way, the study has given a contribution to the KC, a programme aimed at giving a blunt evaluation in order to become a programme that is more and more solid in the area of health promotion and illness prevention.
