Avaliação socioeconómica da sinistralidade e sua tipificação na rede de autoestradas da Ascendi

Abstract

The present work aims to carry out the transposition of a national study on the socio-economics costs of road accidents to Ascendi’s reality (the company at which the internship took place). Hereby is taken into consideration the accidents process that occurs at Ascendi, as well as typifying those accidents processes by an analysis of efficiency and effectiveness in the process of managing the accidents. Particularly in the matter of the time occur between the various stages of this process and the budget’s effectiveness of each and one of them. In conclusion some measures and indicators are suggested as well as recommendations of economic and/or operational nature, leading to the development of Ascendi’s activity in a more efficient and effective way to the organization.
