For these reasons, Mozambique was chosen by Abrantina, S.A and many other companies as their next business opportunity. In this context, a strategic business plan was defined and set out to Abrantina, S.A, in order to study the economic viability of reinforcing the company‟s ativity in Mozambique. In this sense the favorable market conditions for construction companies were reinforced in result of Mozambique‟s need to overcome the infrastructural limitations and joint features were defined, offering a good chance for investment return for Abrantina.
