This work was done in order to develop a business plan for the new brand Pepicookies, owned by Pepicon Patisserie. The idea of this new business is to sell only products derived from cookies. The focus of the store will be on grab-and-go, being a quick option for those who prefer even more convenience and speed. In addition, the brand differential will be the wide variety of flavors offered, due to the fact that Lisbon does not have so many different options of cookies according to the interviewees.To be able to have a better understanding and development of the plan, interviews were conducted only with target people (who use public transportation in the Lisbon area) and also a quantitative questionnaire, to reach a larger number of people and better understand their consumption habits.The goal of this project is to structure a business plan for the Pepicookies brand, in order to present an overview of the market, with its competitors and consumers, and also internal strategies for the brand to enter this market.
