Caminhos do cuidar

Abstract

The practice of nursing care possibite a special meeting between a person who is cared and the caregiver. We crossed someone and we try to do it in a perspective of care, with sense and willingness to help with the person cared for. To caring for others should be able to questioning systematically, reflect and apply the theoretical concepts learned, mobilizing skills acquired. The preparation this report is not only a description of activities developed but most of all possible reflection, evaluation and registration of a lifetime of training that culminated with the acquisition of new skills on the one hand and application of other skills already acquired, through clinical practice always accompanied by training. Like many others, I feel more than ever a need to the availaze to the other. The current economic situation servs to justify actions that can’t do otherwise. The practical component of the course is focused on the care of patients with medium/high risk and family, either in emergency or committee on infection control. Both were seen as new challenges and enable the development of technical skills and relational specialization in medical – surgical. The powers of the management area were acquired in the context of work where ever I was given the opportunity to put into practice all theoretical knowledge acquired though training. In relation to the training area that has had an importance in my life path because I believe only in this way to provide care advanced nursing and be engines of change. To complete successfully this course was essential to follow a way of research provide evidence-based care in a systematic and intentional in the sense of adding value to already acquired knowledge.
