Abstract
The work we present here is the fruit of a reflection on the mission of the Church in the world, a mission left by Jesus Christ that commits all the baptised to proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom of God by doing what the Lord taught and generating new disciples for his Church, (Mc 16:15; Mt 24:14). Therefore, recognising the catechumenate as a methodical and traditional process of the Church that allows a journey with support and conviction for adherence to the Catholic faith and consequently the creation of bases for true discipleship is our effort. For the sacraments of Christian initiation, which are the gateway and commitment to life, which incorporates into Christ and his Church, to be something taken seriously, it necessarily implies that it be observed and with rigour.| Date of Award | 24 Nov 2023 |
