Abstract

This project aims to create a Community Centre for Intervention through Art in Outurela -Portela where entrepreneurs, artists and community members share the workplace and resources, create and develop artistic, cultural and social intervention projects. The team management and the relationship established with the public will be in full articulation with the Ubuntu philosophy and all the networking will be done through an joined-upgovernance policy. The Community Centre for Intervention through Art is a response to the weak social development of the territory.
