Abstract

The implementation of preventive measures is essential to reduce the risk of infection in the SARS CoV2 pandemic. The nurse is one of the links between health services and the community, being considered a credible professional, willing to support and with the capacity to make the individual aware of his difficulties, motivating him to change (Phaneuf, 2004). Therefore, it is essential that health education be developed at this time, which promotes the practice of compliance (Rubin, Amlôt, Page, & Wessely, 2009).Reflecting on this problem, an intervention project originated, with the general objective of contributing to the standardization, of the information transmitted by the Nurses of ACeS Lisboa Ocidental and Oeiras, to the population in isolation by COVID-19.The methodology used was that of Health Planning, and the interview was chosen as the instrument for obtaining data. The theoretical framework, on which the intervention project was based, was Nola Pender's Health Promotion Model.Through the situation diagnosis, it was possible to verify the need to standardize the information transmitted by nurses, to users in isolation by SARS CoV2 in this geodemographic area. With the objective of meeting this real need, an easy-to-consult guide was prepared, with the relevant contents, at the time of telephone contact, of the Nurses of ACeS Lisboa Ocidental and Oeiras, to the population in isolation by COVID-19. The execution of this intervention project, based on the Health Planning Methodology of António Tavares and on the Health Promotion Model of Nola Pender, obliged the Nurses of the ACeS of Lisbon West and Oeiras, through the standardization of communication, to transmit current information, reliable and organized, promoting the health of this population. The construction of this report will have the skills of a specialist nurse in Community Nursing and Public Health.
