The present research is based on our professional path and the intellectual process of educational practices of being a teacher in a school organization. In the teaching field, initial training is only the first stage of professional training, which more and more teachers up to date and recycle throughout their lives through ongoing training courses. Currently, professional practice is constantly changing, so new skills and knowledge are required. Another feature to be developed is the relationship established with students, especially those with special education needs. The inclusion of these children has been an issue, successfully and less successfully, addressed overtime. To comprehend and describe the facilitating aspects and obstacles of the inclusion of students with special education needs in regular teaching schools has become a very important matter. Nowadays, it is still an issue to be discussed in order to provide quality teaching for all students, even those with special needs, to achieve an Inclusive School, a School for All. Generally speaking, these are the guidelines of this paper, which is meant to be objective, clear and, above all, allow a reflection about our professional path to improve our awareness of what was and what it is meant to be.
