This report comes under the Master Degree in Nursing with specialization in Medical Nursing - Surgical Institute of Health Sciences, Catholic University of Portugal, Porto. The report shows the route traversed in many places of the main activities focusing on training and developed skills , thoughts and reflections , respectively in Module I: ER , Module II : Intensive Care Unit and Module III : prehospital - National Institute of Medical Emergency . Having intended to serve as a tool for certification of technical, human, relational and communicational skills as a specialist nurse in medical-surgical nursing and for the degree of Master. The methodology was descriptive and reflective, based on a literature predominantly published in the last five years and assisted in the foundation of the reflections and actions taken. The report reflects the contributions, the great learning and the work carried out, including two review articles on the topic in futility Polyvalent Intensive Care Unit Teams and burnout in the Pre Hospital. Preparation of a pocket guide on intraosseous device, performing three case studies, two relating to care trauma patients in the context ER and Prehospital, the other on brain death. Together with a classmate, a video - project for public awareness in the face of an approaching emergency vehicle and a flyer for some festive greeting to the people, by the National Medical Emergency Institute was held. This work allowed the self-awareness and reflection as well as contributed to the growth, development and consolidation of competencies defined by Regulation of the common skills of specialist nurses of the Order of Nurses.
