The objective of this dissertation is to analyze the legal regime of contracts concluded at a distance and contracts concluded off-premises, provided for in Decreelaw 24/2014, of February 14th. The basis of this diploma lies in the special need to protect consumers who enter into contracts that fall into any of these modalities, since, in these cases, they do not have prior access to the good or are the target of an aggressive commercial practice in a place where they do not expect being approached by the professional, which leads him to make a hasty decision to hire that he regrets. In this sense, we will explain the protection mechanisms that the Decree-Law establishes to dissipate those problems, as well as to reestablish the balance between the parties, namely: the right to an extensive list of information before the conclusion of the contract, the way in which the must have and the right of free resolution, for a period of 14 days, without any basis or compensation.
