What creative processes design companies use to develop their projects? This question guided the research in an exploratory study of creative processes in an organizational context, which describes the process and strategies used in project development. Through a systemic perspective of creativity, the creative process is identified considering the structure of the organization (employees and partners), some factors (intrinsic and extrinsic) that can influence, block or stimulate, the production of ideas as well as the products developed by the organization. From the data analysis results a final reflection on new possibilities in understanding the creative process, considering the time essential factor in the organizations and in the professional-personal life of each one of us. Creativity is finally understood as an attitude.
