Abstract

Following the new strategies for the enforcement of legal security regarding crypto-assets, the dissertation herein presented focuses on the recently approved regulation of the Crypto Assets Market - Markets in crypto-assets (MiCA) - in the European Union. This analysis aims to specifically tackle the challenge facing service providers under the new regulatory constraints implemented as a result of the new legal framework.
