This report aims to describe the internship program within the 10th Master's Degree in Nursing and Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, at the Institute of Health Sciences, Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon, between 2016/2018. This report describes the professional activity credited and, for each module phase objectives are outlined analytical, critical and reflective manner. It also includes a description of the activities and skills developed as of a Specialist Nurse. The selection of internships was primarily based on the characteristics of the services themselves, which constitute a major challenge in terms of personal and professional development. During the internships, individualised and specialised care was provided to the Person and Family with chronic or palliativeillness as well as to the Person and Family in a critical situation. These took place, respectively, in a General Emergency Service at an Central Hospital of the region of Lisbon and, a Continuous and Palliative Care Unit of a Private Hospital of the District of Lisbon. The Intensive Care module was credited for performing functions as a nurse in two intensive care units of a Central Hospital of the Lisbon Region. The later will be presented as a brief critical reflection of the activities and skills developed during my professional experience. This master was dedicated to the subject Caring in Humanitude as a guideline across the different stages. This theme is of personal and professional concern due to its relevance to humanising and to the improvement of quality of care in its excellency.It is therefore essential to bring together conditions that can promote comfort to the hospitalised elderly person with loss of autonomy. The theories used for this theme is Theory of Comfort of Katherine Kolcaba, Theory of Comfort of Patrícia Pontifíce Sousa and the Philosophy of Humanitude Care by Yves Gineste, the guideline of the Gineste-Marescotti Method of Care.
