Abstract

Can life be considered a damage? Is it lawful for someone to be compensated for being born?wrongful life or actions of undue life are a challenge to Contemporary Law and in particular to the Institute of Civil Responsibility. We will see in this study that these actions that are so controversial ethically and legally are valid, through the application of Contractual and Non-Contractual Liability.
