Abstract

Given the emergence of networked systems and the pressing importance of data collection and analysis, we aim to question whether there is a path to the verification of the standardization of a global standard, inspired by the European regulation, to adopt to international transfers of personal data, thus ensuring the protection of the latter, and a greater efficiency and speed in them.
