Abstract

The presente dissertation is elaborated within the scope of the Master´s Degree in Law, with a specialization area in Criminal Law where we intend to give a detailed description of the defendant's statements, namely their use in a trial hearing, when rendered before the same, analyzing the problems that may arise with your reading and / or playback. The following is an exposition of the aforementioned themes in which it is intended to analyze the statements of the accused, their nature and the problems that may arise with their use in the hearing of the trial. In this way, we believe that the Dissertation can contribute to a better understanding of the aforementioned matter, issues that are important for a good functioning of the legal system, for this, offering a broad vision, both doctrinal and jurisprudential.
