Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is not an emerging problem of contemporary society. There has always been crime committed by young adults, moved for various reasons. Unfortunately remains a scourge in the lives of these young people and these days increasingly common. The fact is that today there are so many social resources, teaching and education, the reality remains very similar to that of previous decades. Our research focus on a criminal case of a 22-year-old inmate. We tried to understand what failed in that route. Deconstructed to its entire life story, his "grow" the level of experience and expertise, and we analyzed each step of development from preschool to adolescence in different contexts: family, school and medium. We contemplated several risk factors, including those relating to parenting and school / classroom context. We have also other factors which assist the former as are the behavioral problems, dysfunctional behaviors and anti-social personality. We tried to understand how early intervention could act to "put down" or correct the previous ones. We wanted to study this problem starting from a case study using semistructured interviews made the subject and the father, but also through the questionnaire YSR (Youth Self-Report-M. Achenbach 1991), made of 50 participantsstudents 11 to 15 years, to immediately analyze the predictors of delinquency pathways. It was also made an approach (questionnaire, variable YSR, intended for children of separate family / family intact (YSR / family style) to a sample (N = 31) consists of children of divorced parents (N = 15) and parents intact (N = 16), in order to investigate to what extent this breakdown of the family has repercussions on future aggressive and delinquent on the routes. According to the results of data analysis, we concluded the implementation of preventive programs on the path of risk, interferes with early development of the child and strengthens the protective factors reducing problematic behaviors
