With this work we aim to understand the new standard of inclusion and verify if it is applied in schools, institutions, families and businesses, by making an approach from the perspective of the agents directly involved (trainees, trainers and entrepreneurs) and also examine the inclusion in the labour market. We will focus our analysis on the integration and on the path between school and active life of the visually handicapped. To do this end, we will have as reference: study cases, perform interviews, work experience and we will do documentary research. We will reflect on the path of inclusive school, from the segregation to inclusion, oriented by the principle of respect for diversity, equity and empowerment of all subjects. The commitment and the crucial role of school, qualify and professionalise these young people is crucial for their integration in the social and labour environment, enhancing skills acquired by the student in a functional perspective and future outlook. For a better understanding, we will approach the following topics: from blindness to the perception of the senses of digital media education/professionalisation, companies in fulfillment of labor laws, perception and acceptance in hiring blind workers, their contributions to employability and the productive world. As we have concluded, blind people are able to perform functions in various jobs, they only need opportunity and training toward their potential. If we defend an inclusive school we can not achieve it effectively if there is no suitable way out for all young people who attend it.
