Abstract

This report was prepared under the masters in teaching visual arts at the Faculty of Philosophy of Braga, under the guidance of Professor Maria Helena Palhinha. The aim of this study was to analyze the development of different skills, including, creativity in work groups and activities in different learning contexts. This is a study involving a group of students, from the seventh grade at the secondary school of Joane. Considering the process of pedagogical intervention in the school context, this study aims to relate theory to practice. In this sense, all the bibliographic research was made to support the theoretical background. Based on the methodological procedures research, participant observation was the method that allowed data collection and allowed to analyze the object of study. A grid of observation was prepared, in order to register the elements that allowed us to provide data and validate the objectives of the entire investigative process. The group of students demonstrated commitment and cooperated in the preparation of the proposed activities. For this approach, students revealed that as a group, the time factor is a constraint to the completion of activities, because these dynamics involve more discussion and dialogue between group members.
