The present project constitutes the final result of a master's degree in Science of Communica-tion as a project work; the area of specialization is Communication, Organization and Lidership. This project is based on a Marketing Plan development for EnergyIN – Competitivess and Technology Cluster for Energy. The main goals are: to show that marketing can be a relevant support to accomplish the mission of EnergyIN. From the methodological point of view it was made a naturalistic approach in the participant observation with documentary analysis.
