This report first presents a description of my twenty-two professional path, in which I worked as an infant teacher and a school manager. In the second part, there is a review of the bibliography considered as important for the treatment of the problems raised by my above mentioned professional path. I finish this report with a conclusion that enhances not only the importance of affection, empathy, openness and dialogue in the pedagogical relationship, but also of an optimistic leadership, open to innovation, sharing and exchanging of experiences that face the challenges as a possibility of improvement.
