Labor relations have changed profoundly over the last few years, creating the need for laws to follow and keep abreast of this reality, which includes the regulation of teleworking more directly and the right to disconnect, as a means of protecting the health, safety and well-being of teleworkers. But how can the Portuguese and Brazilian legal system contribute to the improvement of new labor relations? What are the main differences between the regime of these countries? Through a comparative analysis, we seek to check what are the main aspects of telework and the right to disconnect in Brazil and Portugal.
