The current master's dissertation aims to address the principles of equality and non-discrimination in relation to the age of workers, whether older or younger, in order to analyze the compliance of art. 348º and art. 112º both of the Labor Code. The approach will take into account Directive 78/2000/EC, which defines a general framework for equal treatment in employment and professional activity; we will also refer to the case law of the Court of Justice and analyze it.
