Abstract

This dissertation is the result of a consistent study on feminism and gender ideology in the light of moral theology, the Holy Scripture, and human sciences. It seeks to point out the origin of gender ideology from the radicalization of feminism. In this study, I try to give an adequate answer based on John Paul II´s Anthropology, deepened on the Wednesday audiences delivered on thefirst 5 years of his papacy and known as Theology of the Body, or God´s plan for human love. Starting with defining the feminist movement, I will try to make a historical overview of the movement, up to the moment when in the name of human rights, feminists started a sexual revolution that took the movement a new face. Gender feminism, which will soon adopt the ideas of gender ideology, will start an anthropological revolution, which defends that men are not a product of nature, but a product of culture.
