This Final Project Report seeks to investigate photography as an artistic medium, in its relationship with nature and landscape. The work aims to explore and recognize the value of artistic practices from the 60s and 70s that extend to the present, with particular interest in Land Art / Earth Art / Environmental Art, and to reflect on ephemerality and time. Inspired by the work Yucatan Mirror Displacement, by the American artist Robert Smithson, the artistic project developed presents a series of photographs that aims to reflect on the potential for reconfiguration of our relationship with the landscape, through the deconstruction of a natural round mirror landscape 20 cm. This mirror allows the creation of fragmented, experimental images and the possibility of exploring different points of view. The round mirror represents a kind of magical object or portal (Lewis Carrol, Alice Through The Looking Glass) that allows the view and the deconstruction of the landscape.
