Abstract

A proper teaching institution will always seek to better prepare its students. In the current conjuncture, it still has to face the constant challenge of facing reality while ceaselessly trying to find meaning for its action. The demands before it have to do with the preparation of citizens that are more conscious of a changing world, more adapted to different paradigms and parts to play, in a society under constant alteration. The path to follow by a school can only be the path towards learning success; finding the mechanisms that guarantee these conditions to every student is the function of the leader and their team. I have not followed a rigid line of investigation, I will try to describe my personal experience throughout the last few years at the helm of a school group; in what way I have tried to put logistics at the service of success, always taking said success as a priority; lastly, to explain for what reason leadership and seeking improvement can meld, complete each other and be one and the same thing in a leader's course, as long as there is motivation.
