Entrepreneurship has been an emerging concept in the actual society. Directly associated with its business nature and thus discussed through economic perspectives, it’s emphasis is starting to grow among the psychological perspectives. This psychological perspectives characterize the enterprising thought a profile of multiple competences. This profile can be stimulated, namely in the scholar context however many of the however many of the promoting entrepreneurial skills programs are assessed only in sense of gratification, so it be becomes emergent to conduct a consistent evaluation of program effectiveness. The present study goal was to assess the impact of an entrepreneurial skills development program. The present study aims to test the efficacy of a program to promote entrepreneurship Uma Escolha de Futuro: Empreendedorismo e Capacitação dos Jovens regarding participants attitude towards entrepreneurship as well as social competences in a pre and post test design! The program was implemented among 347 tenth grade students belonging to Oporto’s Metropolitan Area. The instruments used were the Entrepreneurial Attitude Scale (Veríssimo, Negrão, Dias Lima, Trigo & Cunha, 2013) and the Social Skills Questionnaire (Mota, Lemos & Matos, 2005). The principal results obtained with this investigation suggest the existence of gender differences in the entrepreneurial attitude and in the social skills. The results also show the existence of correlations between dimensions of entrepreneurial attitude and social skills. Educational attainment of parents appears correlated in some of the dimensions of the two variables. Finally, there is a reflection of the limitations and implications of this study in relation to the future implementation similar of programs.
