This work is in itself a reliquary of the most memorable experiences of my professional journey as a teacher. Its reflective component allows revisiting four long and silent metamorphoses: the professionalization, the first class direction, the coordination of a department curriculum and the post-graduation. These test flights are pinched within a permanent existentialist meeting between the person who writes with the teacher who experienced them. The theoretical basis of this report enables the interpretation of the relevance of these four stages. Indeed, the real tension is established in writing what the reality is, that is, it is in the registering of violent persuasive and professional most striking experiences that the teacher identifies herself. Thus, it is through the theoretical frameworks of identity and teacher professional development, cultures and logics of action in the school and leadership that the person recognizes its extensions: the professionalized teacher, the class director, the coordinator department curriculum and the postgraduate. While reading the pages of this report, the reader can thus pursue the career of the person who writes it, visit his essence and thrill himself with the learning of the protagonist: the responsibility of being a teacher, in all its different aspects. May it help in further test flights with new and urgent wing beats.
